Welcome to The Pavilion Restaurant. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services, including reservations made through ResDiary.

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using any part of our restaurant’s services, including reservations made through ResDiary, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access our services.
  2. Reservations a. We encourage making reservations to ensure availability, especially during peak hours. b. Reservations can be made online through our website, ResDiary, or by contacting us directly. c. ResDiary users are also bound by ResDiary’s terms and conditions, available on their website. d. Some reservations may require a deposit to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy or ResDiary’s policy, as communicated during reservation. e. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations at our discretion.
  3.  Payment a. All prices are in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes. b. Payment must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. c. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as advertised. d. Some reservations may require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits can be made through our website using Stripe payment processing. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy or ResDiary’s policy, as communicated during reservation. e. Payments made through our website using Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions. Please note all prices are subject to change without notice.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds a. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance for regular reservations and 24 hours in advance for afternoon tea bookings. Failure to cancel within these timeframes may result in a £10 per person charge applied to the reservation. b. Refunds for cancellations may be subject to our cancellation policy or ResDiary’s policy, as communicated during reservation. Deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our cancellation policy or ResDiary’s policy.
  5. Food and Beverage a. We strive to provide high-quality food and beverage offerings. b. Allergen information is available upon request, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food due to cross-contamination. c. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  6. Conduct a. We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards our staff and other patrons. b. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive will result in immediate removal from the premises.
  7. Liability a. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. b. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on our premises unless caused by our negligence.
  8. Reservation of Rights a. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. b. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
