Our head chef has created a selection of elegant meals harvesting only the finest seasonal ingredients. We try to ensure that our menu is full of quality and character championing classical British cuisine with a contemporary twist.

 

Our menu has carefully been designed to take you through a culinary experience, be it a satisfying breakfast to start your day,  dropping in for a spot of casual lunch or even an Afternoon Tea to remember, our chefs are on hand all day. When it comes to the evening our menu is tailored around the seasons freshest flavours, accompanied by our very own bespoke fish counter displaying the days catch for your perusal. Alongside our famous classics such as 'fish and chips' our menu features elegant meats, tasty vegetarian or gluten-free options too.

SIP SMITH DRY GIN

The quintessential expression of a classic, traditional London Dry Gin. Bold, complex and aromatic – smooth enough for a Martini, but rich and balanced, perfect for a G&T. Served with tonic, ice, juniper berries, Raspberries and Rosemary to garnish.

 

Tanqueray Gin

Originated in England but is now distilled in Scotland. Key botanicals are Juniper, Coriander, Angelica root and Liquorice. Served with Tonic, Juniper Berries, ice and coriander to garnish.

 

MALFY GIN

Malfy Gin’s key botanical additions are Lemon peels sourced from the Italian coastline. The flavour is deliciously zesty, but still maintains the classic complex gin flavours. Served with Lemonade, Juniper berries, ice and a slice of lemon to garnish.

 

OPIHR SPICED GIN

Opihr is crafted using exotic hand-picked botanicals such as spicy Cubeb berries from Indonesia, Black Pepper from India and Coriander from Morocco. Served with Ginger Ale, Juniper berries, ice, and a fresh chilli garnish.

 

RHUBARB & GINGER GIN

The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to this hand-crafted English Gin, whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.

Served with Ginger Beer, Juniper berries, ice, and a slice of lime.

 

ELDERFLOWER PROSECCO

A glass of classic prosecco with a splash of Edinburgh Gin Elderflower Liqueur. This delicately infused liqueur is perfect for summer, and has clean floral notes with hints of pear, peach and grapefruit zest.

 

RHUBARB & GINGER PROSECCO

PORN STAR MARTINI

The name comes from the passion fruit, which is known to have aphrodisiac virtues! Our version is a combination of vanilla vodka, Licor 43, passoa and pineapple juice. Served with a glass of prosecco on the side!

 

FRENCH MARTINI

Fresh raspberries muddled together with vodka,  Chambord (black raspberry liqueur) and pineapple juice, shaken over ice & finished off with a delicious raspberry coulis.
